Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the filter and all original accessories in the initial shipping box to ensure the unit remains undamaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at your nearest authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the filter's condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
